CHILD SPONSORSHIP WITH A DIFFERENCE
 At the orphanage we help children abandoned by their parents or who have lost one or both of their parents. An ultimate goal for the Good Samaritan Orphanage is to gather 100 helpless and unwanted children. The orphans come from slums, leper colonies, poor families and tribal villages. They come from the streets, often rejected by their families and society and left to beg for the very necessities of life.
Our main goal is to help and educate poor and needy children. We are helping 60 children now, but this is just a small percentage of those who need help. We do not have any special financial support to run the Good Samaritan Orphanage. Everything is funded by the generosity of people like you. We have managed to find sponsors for 26 children, but 34 of them still do not have any regular financial support. We invite you to become a part of this ministry by supporting one of our orphans.
We are based in a rural area with very basic amenities, however our children are very well cared for and together we create a big and happy family. We would like to ask you to help us by sponsoring a child. We call it “Adoption from the heart”.
HOW TO SPONSOR A CHILD
To become a sponsor, click here to send an e-mail to Pastor P.Ratnam in the message box please inform us about your desire to be a part of this program. Also, please include the name of the child you would like to sponsor, if you know the child's name and your address where we can send an updated list of child profiles upon request. We invite you to stay in touch with your child. We will send you pictures, translate letters from your child, and send regular reports of the child’s progress in school. Most of the children speak at least a little English so you can be in direct contact with him/her via e-mail or by post.
